Typically I don't leave reviews of items/places unless they're quite remarkable, and this restaurant IS remarkable. The food was great, the ambience was nice and relaxing, the espresso martini was very good, and even the bathroom was thoughtfully kept. This will become a regular place for me and my husband
We live in Maumelle and finally made it over here! Their happy hour is fantastic. Super cheap appetizers and drinks. For dinner, I will say the dishes were a little pricey, but the quality is great! I had the chicken rice bowl, and my husband had the shrimp pasta. The waiter was attentive, and the service was quick! We will be back!!
A Culinary Delight Marty’s Place is a restaurant that truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant decor and soft lighting created the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like valued guests. They expertly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. Each dish was a hit out of the park. The Bang Bang Shrimp was particularly divine, a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The presentation was equally impressive. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers exceptional food, impeccable service, and a delightful ambiance, Marty’s Place is the place to be. It's a place we have added to the top of our Date Night places-to-go list!
My family and I visited Marty’s on Halloween night. The service and staff were great and the food was fresh and well seasoned. Our server Samantha put blueberries in the kids’ sprite and sang a little tune for the birthday girl. Our table voted and the best items ordered were the meatloaf, chicken wings, brussel sprouts, smash burger, and the cheeseburger egg roll. I wish the fried chicken thigh entree had a sauce or gravy on top, however the chicken was very flavorful. The shrimp scampi was very light on the sauce but everyone agreed the shrimp was so good. Overall experience was a 9.5/10 and I would highly recommend this restaurant. I plan to go back for their Sunday brunch.
Great place to go. Food is great and plenty of it. The waitress was attentive and our food was hot and delicious.
Went here with coworkers , we were all from out of town so didn't know what to expect . Entry/ lobby was amazing ! The dining area was great as well with a comforting feeling . We all ordered smash burgers and they were great! Probably one of the best I've had! Deep fried mushrooms were great as well as the fries . Service was on point and fast . Wait staff was fabulous as well ! Great job crew! Definitely recommend!
We went to Marty’s Place on Maumelle Blvd. today for Sunday brunch and it was great! Big menu & good kid choices. I had the pasta primavera and added chicken. Yummy and it was a big serving so I have leftovers! My husband had the southwest salad and my daughter had chicken tenders and fries. The fries are so tasty! We all were very pleased. It was very full but we got seated quickly and were waited on promptly. So glad this place is so close to Maumelle!!
The atmosphere of Marty's was very casual and cool. Great artwork in the dining room. We were there for happy hour. Great drinks and good appetizers. We had dinner and it was unique and very tasty. This is a great place for drinks and dinner after work. I loved it. We'll be back.
Liz was our great server. We had a couple of the excellent Devil Dog Margaritas, bang bang shrimp, and the rice bowl. Chicken in the rice bowl was cooked perfectly. Shrimp was delicious. Atmosphere was great. Marty’s Place is a most excellent restaurant. Looking forward to the next time.
5 Stars – Marty’s Place I’m literally still sitting at the table as I write this because the experience has been that good. From start to finish, everything at Marty’s Place has been fantastic. We ordered the salad, mac and cheese, chipotle chicken sandwich, and the patty melt with sweet potato fries (don’t skip the honey butter sauce—it’s unreal). Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Timothy, our server, was absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and on point with everything. And to top it all off, they brought us some of the best coffee I’ve had in a while. Rachel, the GM, even stopped by to check in and make sure we were happy. That level of care just seals the deal. Vibes? Immaculate. Food? Delicious. Service? 10/10. Highly recommend Marty’s Place—it’s definitely a spot worth coming back to!
